Welcome to Draw This. The Service is operated by Novologia Ltd, a company registered in Israel (“Novologia”, “we”). By using our website and game (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

Draw This is a browser-based party drawing game. Players in a game all get the same prompt, draw it on their own device within a time limit, and an AI judge scores every drawing. One player creates the game (the “host”); the others join with a link, QR code or room code.

Every device gets one free trial game (a quick game of five rounds) without an account. After that, hosting a game requires a pass (section 3). Players who join a game hosted by a pass holder play free, without an account. We offer the Service “as is” and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time; a pass you have already purchased runs for its full period regardless of such changes.

2. Your account

You can play without an account. An account is created when you buy a pass, attached to the email address you give at checkout. We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your email and we send a one-time code — there is no password to manage. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity under your account. You must provide an email address you own.

3. Purchases & payments

We sell one pass: it lets you host Draw This games for 90 days from purchase. It is a one-time purchase for a fixed period, not a subscription: it does not renew, and nothing is charged again unless you buy another pass. Buying a pass while one is still active adds 90 days to the end of the current one. Prices, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Fair use. A pass includes up to 2,000 judged drawings across all the games you host during its period — far more than a group plays in 90 days, and in place only to prevent automated or commercial abuse. If a pass reaches this limit, you can buy another.

A pass attaches to your account (your email) and is personal and non-transferable: it lets you host games on any device you sign into, and may not be resold or shared outside your household. The players in a game you host play free; this is part of what the pass includes, not a transfer of it.

Our payment partner and merchant of record is Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — your order is processed by Paddle, Paddle’s checkout terms apply to the transaction, and your receipt comes from Paddle. We never receive your card details. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Your drawings and names

The drawings, names and avatars you use in a game are shown to the other players in that game. You keep any rights you have in your drawings; you give us permission to store them, show them to the players of that game, and send them to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy so they can be scored. Don’t draw or write anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t use a name that impersonates someone else.

5. The AI judge

Scores and comments are generated automatically by an AI and are part of the fun. They are not a judgement of artistic skill and may sometimes be surprising or wrong. Scores have no monetary value and the results of a game confer no prize.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful or abusive.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, or to automate play.
• Don’t scrape, copy or redistribute our game, prompts or content except as allowed by law.

7. Content & intellectual property

The game, prompts, artwork, text and software are owned by Novologia Ltd and protected by law. You get a personal, non-commercial licence to play. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novologia Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update this page; your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you hold under those laws.
