We want you drawing, not arguing about money. This policy covers every Draw This pass — valid for 90 days and a one-time purchase that does not renew. Draw This is operated by Novologia Ltd, registered in Israel; all purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our merchant of record, and refunds are provided in line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no conditions. Approved requests are returned by Paddle to your original payment method; depending on your bank, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
What a refund does
A refunded pass ends: its 90 days are taken off your access. If you had bought a pass more than once, only the refunded purchase’s 90 days are taken off, and the rest of your time stays. A refund is always of the whole purchase.
How to request a refund
Either works:
- Email support@justdrawthis.com from the address on your account and name the purchase, or
- Contact Paddle directly by replying to your Paddle receipt or via paddle.net.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you hold under the consumer laws of your country, including rights concerning faulty digital content. Nothing here limits them.
